When will I be charged?
You will be charged once you successfully qualify and submit your questionnaire for your selected plan, whether a 30-day or a 90-day program.

Log in to your patient portal at https://portal.wellsync.com/ to view past visits, assessments, profile details, and billing history. If you need assistance, please email support@wellsync.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?

How do I know when my prescription is ready?
You will receive an email and text notification once your provider has written and transmitted your prescription to the pharmacy. After the pharmacy fills your order, your medication will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Who are the providers writing these prescriptions?
Prescriptions are written by licensed healthcare providers, including physicians and nurse practitioners, who review your medical history to determine whether treatment is appropriate.
What if I experience side effects?
If you experience side effects, contact your provider via the patient portal or email support@wellsync.com for guidance. For severe or life-threatening symptoms, seek immediate medical attention.
What if I have an urgent health issue?
For urgent or emergent medical issues, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room or urgent care facility. The platform is not monitored in real time for emergency submissions.
Can I return my medication?
Due to pharmacy and safety regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed.
