Eligibility is determined by a licensed medical provider after reviewing your online assessment questionnaire. Approval depends on your medical history, current medications, lab results when required, and overall health profile.

Once approved by your provider, your prescription is sent directly to one of our partner pharmacies for processing. Most medications are prepared and shipped within approximately five business days.

You will receive an email and text notification once your provider has written and transmitted your prescription to the pharmacy. After the pharmacy fills your order, your medication will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Depending on your treatment plan, you may be required to complete a follow-up assessment before refills are approved. Refills are not automatic unless you are enrolled in a subscription plan.
